For those wondering and waiting along with us on this home-buying thing ...

the last thing we were waiting on was the appraisal. It was the only thing that could have seriously snagged us and screwed us up.

The appraisal is in .. the house appraised for more than we're buying it for. *WHEW* So now it's all over but the waiting for repairs to be made and paperwork to be pushed through.

And the packing. Ohhhh, the packing.

Um, then the moving.

Right, and then the UNpacking.

Yes. It's all over but all of that. Then maybe I can breathe again. :)
